Mike is an accountant and works as a controller for a medium-sized company. He can take time off for practices and dance recitals, and even work at home when Charlotte has the flu and wants Daddy nearby.

Rhonda left her position as a special education teacher for her idea of the ultimate job: stay-at home mom. When Charlotte is in preschool, she teaches Spanish to children one day a week. She is also very involved in a local moms’ organization that is devoted to helping kids learn about themselves and their community.
